In connection with Ukraine’s accession to the Convention on Protection of Children and Co-Operation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption the bill (Reg. No. 2002) proposes to amend the Family Code of Ukraine, the laws “On Childhood Protection” and “On System of Permissions in the Field of Economic Activity”.

Members of the Committee deem the implementation of provision of the bill will provide proper fulfillments of our country’s commitments of this international agreement.
